We value working with you, so we want to reassure you that PSMA is taking steps to ensure we continue to meet our commitments to customers and suppliers.

We’re feeling for everyone affected by COVID-19 here in Australia and around the world, and we’re committed to both:

• protecting our staff and those we work with, like you, from the immediate risk of the virus; and
• slowing the spread of the virus, to protect the most vulnerable members of our community.

What is PSMA’s Business Continuity Plan?

PSMA is continuing to operate as normal, with the following important differences until further notice:
1. From Wednesday, 18 March 2020, our staff will be working remotely during regular business hours.
2. We’re not travelling for work.
3. All our business meetings are being conducted via phone or videoconferencing. If you have any face to face meetings or events with us planned, we will be in contact to reschedule to a video conference (we use Zoom, but we can also work with your video conference provider).
Our commitment to you remains unchanged. We’re still available, and we look forward to supporting you during these extraordinary times.

Kind regards,

Dan Paull, CEO
PSMA Australia

V1.6.1-Beta - 2020-05-27

Features

- PAVAPI-936 - Support for Multiple Coordinate Reference Systems
You can now control the CRS used by response spatial data. Depending on your use-case you might need data represented in WGS 84 (a global datum) or GDA-2020 Australia’s new datum. With this new feature, you can control the spatial representation through a new header removing the need for complex transformation on your client end. This feature is essential as the government and other entities that use spatial data start the move to Australia's new Datum GDA-2020, for more detail on what GDA-2020 is or why you should care about the spatial accuracy of your data. Check out this link here
- PAVAPI-392 - Add support for GDA 2020 & GDA 94 & WGS 84 & AGD-66

Improvements

- PAVAPI-881 - Serve Get Address from new faster scalable infrastructure (10% faster get address calls)
- PAVAPI-863 - Improved daily data load process, reduced execution time
Bug Fix

- PAVAPI-586 - Further De-Duplicate addresses between G-NAF and G-NAF Live
- PAVAPI-819 - Multiple values for addressType is not allowed
- PAVAPI-940 - Remove special characters

In progress - Scheduled maintenance is currently in progress. We will provide updates as necessary.
May 25, 12:01 AEST
Scheduled - The SSL certificates for PROD SUPPORT (services-test.psmasystems.com.au) and PRODUCTION (services.psmasystems.com.au) are approaching expiry and require renewal.

The re-issue of the existing certificates is not expected to cause issues for most clients.
A limited number of clients may identify that the new certificates need to be included in their trust store. If this is the case, then the new certificates can be provided on request by emailing PSMA Support (support@psma.com.au).

  • The PROD SUPPORT certificate (services-test.psmasystems.com.au) will be updated early next week (from 25 May). We recommend clients use this environment to check their services for compatibility.

  • The PRODUCTION certificate (services.psmasystems.com.au) will be updated after 15 June. We will send out an advance notification for this once we have confirmed a specific date and time.

  • If you have any questions or experience connectivity issues after the certificate updates please contact PSMA Support (support@psma.com.au) as soon as possible.
