What is PSMA’s Business Continuity Plan?

PSMA is continuing to operate as normal, with the following important differences until further notice:
1. From Wednesday, 18 March 2020, our staff will be working remotely during regular business hours.
2. We’re not travelling for work.
3. All our business meetings are being conducted via phone or videoconferencing. If you have any face to face meetings or events with us planned, we will be in contact to reschedule to a video conference (we use Zoom, but we can also work with your video conference provider).
Our commitment to you remains unchanged. We’re still available, and we look forward to supporting you during these extraordinary times.

Scheduled - We're making some changes to the PSMA Cloud application server to improve its ability to handle large volumes of transactions. This will require a reboot of the server.

There may be short intermittent outages associated with this activity which will affect PSMA Cloud and Addresses API.
No customer changes or actions are required. The service will continue to operate in the same way after the maintenance is completed.

Scheduled - This maintenance resolves an issue where getAddress calls to addresses in Other Territories (OT) eg. Cocos (Keeling) Islands are returning an error if state electoral information is requested.

- A service outage is not expected during the maintenance.
- No customer changes or actions are required. The service will continue to operate in the same way.
- In the unlikely event the deployment is not successful, the service will be immediately returned to the existing configuration.
