Monitoring - The update to the PRODUCTION certificate (services.psmasystems.com.au) that took place yesterday (11 December) has been reversed back to the previous certificate.
It was discovered a significant application belonging to one of our customers was not compatible with the new certificate and in response, we have reverted to the old certificate so they can continue operations while we work to resolve the issue.
We will re-issue the updated certificate once a resolution has been found and tested.

Resolved - Status Page has incorrectly reported outages to PSMA Cloud for 11 and 12 December 2018.
PSMA Cloud was operational throughout this time.

There was a very short interruption to PSMA Cloud on the afternoon of 11 December which was registered by Status Page as an outage. Despite the service immediately returning to an operational state, Status Page continued to record an 'outage' status until it was detected and manually corrected on the morning of 12 December.

Completed - The scheduled maintenance has been completed.
Dec 12, 16:55 AEDT
Scheduled - PSMA is required to update the SSL certificates for PROD SUPPORT (services-test.psmasystems.com.au) and PRODUCTION (services.psmasystems.com.au)

This is in response to Google Chrome displaying an error when accessing sites with SSL certificates issued prior to 1 June 2016.

The re-issue of the existing certificates is not expected to cause issues for most clients.
A limited number of clients may identify that the new certificates need to be included in their trust store. If this is the case then the new certificates can be provided on request by emailing PSMA Support (support@psma.com.au).

The PROD SUPPORT certificate (services-test.psmasystems.com.au) has already been updated and clients may use this environment to check for compatibility.

The PRODUCTION certificate (services.psmasystems.com.au) will be updated at 5pm AEDT 11 December 2018.

If you have any questions or experience connectivity issues please contact PSMA Support (support@psma.com.au) as soon as possible.
