PSMA is required to update the SSL certificate for PSMA Cloud PRODUCTION (services.psmasystems.com.au) in response to Google Chrome and Firefox browsers displaying an error when accessing sites with SSL certificates issued prior to 1 June 2016.

A certificate update was previously attempted on 11 December 2018, however, this caused a significant disruption to one of our customer organisations so the update was reversed. (See https://psma2.statuspage.io/incidents/63dvz221rq2h)

The new certificate has been modified to ensure compatibility with services running on older versions of Java.

There will be a very short outage (one minute or less) as the certificate is deployed.

The PROD SUPPORT environment (services-test.psmasystems.com.au) has already been updated and clients may use this to check for compatibility.
