The SSL certificates for PROD SUPPORT (services-test.psmasystems.com.au) and PRODUCTION (services.psmasystems.com.au) are approaching expiry and require renewal.

The re-issue of the existing certificates is not expected to cause issues for most clients.
A limited number of clients may identify that the new certificates need to be included in their trust store. If this is the case, then the new certificates can be provided on request by emailing PSMA Support (support@psma.com.au).

  • The PROD SUPPORT certificate (services-test.psmasystems.com.au) will be updated early next week (from 25 May). We recommend clients use this environment to check their services for compatibility.


  • The PRODUCTION certificate (services.psmasystems.com.au) will be updated after 15 June. We will send out an advance notification for this once we have confirmed a specific date and time.


  • If you have any questions or experience connectivity issues after the certificate updates please contact PSMA Support (support@psma.com.au) as soon as possible.
